Getting Here

When arriving in the Fort Rucker area by air, the nearest major airport is Dothan Regional Airport which is located about 16 miles from the center of the post. Taxi service is available from the airport as well as rental car companies. If arriving by car, go SW toward Central Street and take a right onto Napier Field Rd until you come to CR-112. Turn left onto ramp to US-231 and then take a left onto AL-249. In 7 miles, you will arrive at Fort Rucker.
